Our Fundamental Series Sequences have been design for all levels of practitioners to easily learn the fundamental strikes and power generation at the same time! This series goes from right to left to right to left, focusing the push/pull rotational forces the body create on this panel of motion. It helps to develop powerful and quick strike in a short period of time.
